Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Welcome to Talaria ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (talaria.francescoaugello.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Description of Service
Talaria is an AI-powered travel planning tool that generates customized itineraries, maps, and local recommendations based on user inputs. We provide an initial allocation of free credits (e.g., 40 credits) upon sign-up, with further usage governed by our credit system.
2. Account Registration and Security
We use third-party services (such as Clerk) to manage account authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Travel Disclaimer
Talaria uses generative artificial intelligence to create itineraries and respond to chat queries. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Information may be inaccurate: AI can generate plausible but incorrect information ("hallucinations").
- Independent verification is required: you are solely responsible for verifying all travel details independently before your trip. This includes, but is not limited to: museum opening hours, business closures, visa/passport requirements, safety warnings, and transportation schedules.
- No liability for travel issues: Talaria is not a travel agency. We are not liable for any financial loss, physical injury, disrupted travel plans, or inconvenience resulting from your reliance on the itineraries or information provided by our service.
4. Credits and Payments
Upon account creation, users receive a promotional allocation of free credits to use the AI generation features. Talaria reserves the right to modify the credit cost of specific actions, expire unused free credits, or introduce paid subscription tiers and top-ups at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Talaria to:
- Generate itineraries for illegal activities or in restricted/dangerous areas.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass the credit system of our platform.
- Overload our infrastructure through automated requests.
6. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Talaria at any time without prior notice or liability.
